I was honored to spend a day with Jalen Brunson from the New York Knicks. Not only is he a phenomenal player, but even more importantly, just an amazing human being. I was genuinely impressed by how humble and kind of a person he is. He was present with everyone on set and treated every crew member with respect and kindness.

During our interview with him, I was inspired hearing about his dedication to his family, friends, and healthcare team. It was clear how much value he places on relationships and the people closest to him. Pair that with the work ethic, discipline, and intentionality he brings to everything he does, both on and off the court, and it becomes pretty clear why so many people respect him and why he’s had the success he has.
